Finance Associate

Threshold Group is looking to hire a new Finance Associate. This role will be responsible for working day-to-day on the fundraising operations for various Democratic campaigns at the Local, State, and Federal level.

The position is in-person at our office in midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Researching prospective donors.
• Working with candidates in call time.
• Interacting directly with potential donors to solicit contributions and plan fundraising events.
• Managing client databases.
• Drafting copy and event invitations.
• Staffing fundraising events and meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications for this role are:

• At least one cycle of campaign fundraising experience. There will be a strong preference for candidates with prior fundraising experience and proficiency with NGP/ActBlue/Numero.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours.
• Positive attitude and task-oriented.
